Terms & Policies
Generally, all orders placed before 4 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Thursday, will ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday and over the weekend will not be shipped until the following Monday or Tuesday. You will be promptly notified of any unexpected delays in processing and/or shipping.
Floorcareshop respects and protects your privacy. We only ask for information that is necessary to process and ship your order. We will never sell or give your personal information to third parties.
When you place an order with us, you will be signed up to receive our free email newsletter, as well as other occasional email communications regarding special events and new arrivals. If you do not wish to receive these, you can log into your account using your email address and password and opt out.
Shopping on our web site is completely safe. We use the most advanced encryption technology to ensure the security of your information when you place an order. It is our goal to make online ordering as efficient and pleasant an experience as possible. We appreciate your patronage, as well as your feedback, to ensure we are doing all we can to exceed your expectations!
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the unused portion/portions for exchange or credit. Please contact our Customer Service department at email@example.com within 15 days of receipt to receive your UPS Return Authorization Number to accompany your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Our Return Procedure is as follows:
- Please repackage the product in the original box or if that is not possible, a box of similar quality and dimension.
- An email acknowledging the product return will be sent with an attached file.
- Please print off the attached file. This is a return prepaid UPS label.
- Please attatch the new label to the original box using clear tape and making sure to completely cover the original UPS shipping label.
- Drop off the package at any UPS store, UPS Customer Center, or Authorized Shipping Outlet.
- When the product arrives and is verified at our site, credit to your account will be issued.

The following United Parcel Service shipping methods are available:
Ground - delivery within 3 to 7 business days
Next Day Air - delivery on the next business day
Please be aware that UPS only operates Monday through Friday. (A package shipped out Next Day Air on Friday will arrive on the following Monday). If you require a Next Day Air package to be delivered on Saturday, you must communicate this to us in the "Special Shipping Instructions Section." An additional charge will apply for Saturday Delivery.
We inspect merchandise and ensure that it is sufficiently packaged before it leaves our premises. In the event an item is damaged in transit, we cannot be held responsible but will make every effort to resolve the situation.
If UPS is not in operation due to extreme weather conditions or holidays, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in the arrival of your order. UPS does not ship to PO, APO or FPO Boxes.
Incorrect or insufficient addresses may be deemed undeliverable by UPS and returned to us. We will make every effort to verify the address with you, but if we must resend the package an additional shipping charge will apply.
